- 10 single leg deadlifts with a light weight
3 min of Dynamic Stretching

30 sec of each:
- Jumping Jacks
- Air squats
- Alternating Lunges
- 30 / 20 / 10
- Dumbbell snatches
- V – Ups
Main Set B:
30 sec of each:
- Jumping Jacks
- Air squats
- Alternating Lunges
- 15 / 20 / 5
- Pull ups
- Dips
