I finished my swim, had lunch and I am in mood of a snack. I don’t something super filling just something that will sate my hunger. Having a protein with a fruit will be helpful. I need my fat contents for the day so I did the following:
Protein Yogurt Snack
Ingredients:
-
1 medium size banana
-
1 cup of Greek Triple Oikos
-
1 scoop of Organic Peanut Butter Protein Powder
-
1/4 of mixed roasted nuts
Directions:
In a small bowl, take the yogurt and protein powder and mix it up with a spoon.
Slice the banana and lay it on top.
Top it off with mixed nuts.
You will have a balanced high protein snack.
