Warm up
AMRAP (As many reps as possible) – 5 min
- 25 Jumping Jacks
- 10 air squats
- 5 hand release push ups

EMOM 8 min – Alternating every min
- 8 burpees
- 45 sec plank hold

4 x of 3 min AMRAP set a bench mark on the first round
Keep yourself focused and meet the same amount of reps
- 21 sand bag hops
- 21 dumbbell squats
- 9 sand bag push up drag
- 5 jumping lunges on each side
Repeat
Foam roll and stretch
