Build Power!
There is a lot of research showing the High intensity strength training can improve power, strength and economy on all three sports. Many people will hit the weight room and hit stationary machine and exercises that do not give you any axial load and/or doesn’t provide any power/explosive benefit of it.
Also, you need to work at 5 – 8 repetition at 85-90% of you 1RM with 1 – 2 min recovery in between. Therefore, it is very important to work efficiently on the weight room. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. You want to incorporate 1 -2 strength sessions per week.
