- Thrusters
- Reloads

- Snatch
- Pull Up

- KT Swings or Dumbbell swings
- Wall ball or thruster with small weight
TABATA 20 / 10 – 4 minutes
- Deadlift
- Burpees

- Side plank
- Side plank twist
Core – TABATA 30 / 10
- Reverse curls
- Russian twist
Cool down
Foam roll and stretch
