Hello everyone,
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Triathlon Swim Clinic on Saturday at the Downtown Orlando YMCA! It was an awesome session filled with focused drills, technical corrections, and a lot of positive energy in the pool.
Here’s a quick recap of what we worked on:

🏊♂️ Clinic Highlights & Drills Reviewed
🔹 Sidekick Drill – We focused on maintaining proper body alignment while keeping one side of the body streamlined. This helped reinforce a stable core and improve breathing control.
🔹 6 Kicks / 3 Strokes Drill – A rotation-focused drill designed to teach controlled, smooth body rotation from the hips—not just the shoulders.
🔹 Single Arm Drill – We worked one arm at a time to isolate and improve the catch phase and full extension, helping you build better awareness and muscle memory for the front end of the stroke.
These foundational drills, when practiced consistently, will make your stroke more efficient and race-ready.
